Q: I'm a recent graduate from college, can I still apply?
A: Yes! We take applications from college students, AND grads.
Q: What if I don't know what my dream job is?
A: Hop aboard! Many of us have been in that situation - going through college a bit disinterested and unsure of what we want to do when we enter the "real world." That's okay. What we want to see is enthusiasm and a willingness to learn and be coached. By getting more experience, you'll be able to discover what you enjoy and where to apply your strengths.
Q: Is this for any particular major?
A: We're happy to consider anyone who wants to apply! At a minimum: curiosity, enthusiasm, and a pulse. That said, candidates with a basic understanding of social media marketing will have an slight edge.
Q: Will I get paid for my internship?
A: Currently the internships do not pay cash. In return, you will get professional coaching and mentoring until you complete your internship + post-internship review. We make sure that the professional growth you see from our internship is far more valuable than the monetary gains of a regular internship.
Q: I live in California, can I apply?
A: Because our internships are based in Toronto and New York, we DO NOT recommend applying if you do not have easy access to either of the two cities.
Q: Why are there only Content Management and Community Management tracks available right now?
A: Both of our tracks give you a broad overview of what goes on inside a start up. They are also vital aspects of a start up which allows an intern with our training to make a major impact in a short time period.
